Set Up a Memorial Fund for Loved Ones and Have Gifts Donated

to IDA in Memory of Your Dear Friend or Family Member.

 

 

One customized certificate will be sent to the immediate family when gifts total $25.00 or more and their name, birth year and year deceased will be added to this page.

 

How to Set Up a Memorial Fund

The person setting up the fund must include with their donation, the person's birth year and year deceased, as well as the address where they would like the Memoriam certificate mailed. Here is an example of a note that can be printed in a memorial card, program or obituary:

Dearest Friends and Family,

 

We have set up a Memorial Fund in John Smith's name. Please send your gifts to The Invisible Disabilities Advocate. IDA is a Non-Profit Organization that reaches out to people with chronic illness and pain. Send donations to John Smith Memorial C/O IDA P.O. Box 4067, Parker, CO 80134. Write. You can also give memorial donations online with your credit card at: www.MyIDA.org/memoriais.htm.
